Kammy and Matt are expecting twins this summer! WOW first time parents and they are blessed with a baby boy and a baby girl. They wanted to capture this beautiful journey in a beautiful southern New Mexico place. This White Sands National Park Maternity Photoshoot was everything and more!

White Sands National Park is absolutely stunning in every way. If you haven’t been, you need to go. It is only three hours south of Albuquerque and is well worth the drive. There are some great AirBnb’s in Alamogordo and there are hotels.

Planning your White Sands National Park trip

If you are planning on going to White Sands National park I highly recommend making a weekend out of it and go explore. Cloudcroft, NM is only 30 minutes from Alamogordo, NM and has some fun places to visit. There are many beautiful hiking trails and I recommend stopping at the Old Apple Barn to grab some souvenirs and/or some desserts! Their Apple pie is so good! Our favorite restaurant to go to in Cloudcroft is Cloudcroft Brewing Company. They have delicious beer and really good pizza. Another fun and delicious place to go to is Pistachio Land! I know, that is so random but it has the worlds largest pistachio and their pistachio ice cream is soooo good.
